Flat Bush, Auckland 2019

My flatmates and I are moving to a bigger space, so we’re looking for one more flatmate to join us. We’ll be moving in next week (26th)! We’re currently residing in Botany, so we don’t have photos of the place with our furniture in it, but I’ve attached photos from the listing itself. The room will be unfurnished, and you get to pick between bedrooms 3 and 4, as those two will be available.

We’re a pretty social and easy going flat who loves cooking together, doing kmart runs and the occasional movie night, but we also really value and respect each other’s downtime and personal space.

We also have two friendly indoor cats, Bella and Beau, who are both three years old. Rent is $190 per week, with utilities split equally between the five flatmates. We’ll be doing viewings from the 27th, but if anyone wants to see the place on the 26th while we’re moving in, we’re happy to arrange that too.

There are four of us currently—I’m Coleene, a registered nurse & my fiance, Trey, who’s a PT and works at Pak. Tracey, who is also a registered nurse (with whom you will be sharing a bathroom), and Ruby, who works in property management and is also a Pilates instructor.
