Looking for a matured lady to share a warm and comfortable two-bedroom house with me in Green Island. The room available is a good size, has a built-in wardrobe, and gets decent light. It comes fully furnished with bed, mattress, side tables and everything. Just newly renovated. Shared bathroom and facilities.

There’s plenty of on-street parking right outside, so no stress over finding a spot. The area is quiet, peaceful, and close to local shops and the supermarket, and it’s only about a ten-minute drive into the city.

Rent is $250 per week, plus Power, and WIFI, But can pay 300 for all bills included. Nothing too strict, just looking for someone who’s considerate and relaxed to live with, easy-going and clean.

The apartment is a good find for those that like a nice, serene neighbourhood away from the rowdiness that student streets bring.
