We’ve got one room available in our Torbay flat. $250 per week, bills included.

Power, water, Hyperfibre 2Gb internet, Netflix, Plex, and normal household costs are included, so it is one simple weekly payment.

The house is warm, clean, safe, and in a good area close to Long Bay, beaches, shops, buses, and North Shore amenities.

The flat is mostly guys in our early to late 20s. A few of us work shift work and/or emergency services, so the house works well for people with different routines. We are respectful, and pretty easy going.

We all enjoy our own space, but we also do movie nights, BBQs, a few drinks on days off down at the local Surf Club when people are around.

Room is mid sized and unfurnished.

Upstairs has three bedrooms total, you would be sharing a bathroom with one other, Two flatties live downstairs in a separate area.

We are looking for someone tidy, respectful, friendly, and easy to live with. Ideally someone around 20–30ish, working/studying.
