Super quiet house with a few roommates. Large room fully furnished with a view of the city. Very close to downtown Wellington and close to all sorts of activities and bus stops. Shared living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Washer and dryer are in house as well.

Most roomies are in early 20s and are either in school or working. Very quiet but we do hangout and chat from time to time.
