About the room

I have two large furnished bedrooms available, so you can choose the one that suits you best.

Both rooms include: Queen-sized bed Dresser wardrobe Fast, reliable internet No Desk available, but I can sort one if you require.

One room is slightly larger and includes its own heat pump, while the other has nicer walls.

The house gets a bit of sun, is also is insulated and has thermal, blackout curtains, reflective privacy film on the windows, timber floorboards. It has all the standard amenities you’d expect, including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry etc.

The train station with free park-and-ride isonly a 5-minute drive away. If you’re into running or just enjoy getting outdoors, Bothamley Park is close by and is home to the local Parkrun.

The property has a couple of exterior security cameras. I’ve lived here for over three years without any issues, but handy for piece of mind.

About the roomies

The only other flat mate is me (32, male), and I own the house.

I’m a young professional working Wellington (work at home 1-2 days a week). Outside of work I’m into gaming, DIY projects around the house, and catching up with friends. I’d describe myself as a bit of a nerd who occasionally remembers to go outside.

I’m easy-going, tidy, and respectful of people’s space. Happy to have a chat over dinner or coffee, but I also appreciate that everyone has their own lives.
