Hey there, we’ve got a huge room with double mirrored wardrobe in renovated villa available. We’re on the Grey Lynn / Ponsonby border so everything you could need is close by. Its a three bedroom villa with a large sleepout at the back, I’m out there with the cat. Modern kitchen and bathroom, kitchen has everything, I think. Large front and back gardens, large deck at the back for lounging around and lots of birds in the trees. I do have a cat (hopeless hunter) so sorry, no pets. She doesn’t spend much time inside the house, mostly outdoors. Bills are another $25 a week to cover electricity, water and internet.

We’re matur-ish (40s), I’m a draftsman and the other flatties work at the hospital and as a pastry chef. We’re sociable, like to chat, get along great, hopefully find a flatty that is the same!
