4 bedroom house on Mountain road, Mt wellington. Close to the beautiful mount wellington, train station and public transport 10 walking distance away. The Ellerslie motor way on ramp only minutes away. We have 2 spacious rooms available with queen size beds if needed and plenty of wardrobe space. And all white ware and kitchen appliances provided. 2 bathrooms, one has shower and bath. Warm house with HRV installed.

You’ll be living with me and my flatmate, a couple of easy going guys in their 50s. So not a party house, yet we are friendly, social. Work full time and are often away from the house so plenty of privacy.
