Hey everyone! I’m moving out of my room, so we’re looking for someone to take over my lease.

The location is honestly hard to beat – we’re right across from the Central Library and Liquorland, and only a few minutes’ walk to Uni, New World, the Octagon, and pretty much everything else you need.

The room gets heaps of morning sun, so it stays nice and warm, and is partially furnished.

We also have a great outdoor garden area and the real owner of the flat, Goose 🐈. He’s a very friendly cat who will almost certainly try to climb onto your shoulders the first time he meets you.

A few details:

• Rent: $206/week
• Bond: 4 weeks’ rent
• Bills: usually $50–70/month
• Partially furnished
• 2 bathrooms + an outdoor toilet
• Washing machine and dryer
• Lease runs until the end of the year (you’d be taking over my lease)

We’re ideally looking for a female aged 19+ to keep the balance of the flat, but if you’re a guy and think you’d be a good fit, don’t hesitate to flick us a message!

A bit about us: there are 6 of us altogether, a mix of students (mostly 3rd and 4th years) and working young professionals. They’re some of my best mates, so I can promise you’ll be living with a pretty awesome bunch. We love getting outdoors, having the occasional pint, and we’re always keen for a board game night. We’re social without being one of those party flats, so it’s a good balance.
