Sleepout for Rent – Hillmorton

A warm and comfortable sleepout is available for rent on our family property in Hillmorton. The sleepout is insulated, double glazed, and fitted with a heat pump, making it cosy year-round. It’s spacious enough to comfortably fit a bed with a sofa, or a bed with a desk.

The sleepout includes:

Mini fridge
Microwave
Jug
Toaster

The main cooking facilities are located in the newly renovated house, which you’ll have access to. The house features:

Brand new kitchen with modern appliances
New bathroom with mains-pressure hot water
Two toilets
Laundry with a new front-loading washing machine and dryer
Wood burner and heat pump
Double glazing throughout

Most of the renovation is complete just a few small outstanding finishes to be completed over the next wee while.

Please note that the sleepout is not self-contained, as the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are shared with our family in the main house.

If you’re looking for a warm, modern, and well-maintained place to call home, we’d love to hear from you.

Our preference would be a student or a full-time working female.

About the roomies

The main house is home to three adults and two primary school-aged children. We’re a friendly, respectful family who enjoy a relaxed home environment.

We also have two cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with pets. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate any additional pets.
