Our flatmate of 4 years has found a position in Wellington and is leaving us. So a large furnished sunny double bedroom is now available. House is double glazed, underfloor heating, a log burner in the lounge, super insulated. We dislike the cold. Kitchen well equipped. Nice garden. Close to park, bus routes and pioneer stadium.

2 working flatmates, one female who works parttime from home. One male gardener. One very nice dog and a cat. Both flatmates have varied hobbies, one dances the other does art, horse riding and dog sport. They are sociable but also like their own space. Each cooks their own food. Just come and meet us.
