Hi I have a nice clean sunny room upstairs with shared bathroom with one other. 10 minutes to city. Nice outside area on sunny day’s 🌞 Parking on Street. Nice apartment complex with friendly neighbors. Room comes with a single bed and wardrobe and bedside drawer. Nice view of the port hills. This is a non smoking home. You must be studying or working. Wifi and power are included and buy your own food. Plenty of cupboard and fridge space if needed. There is a cat that lives here so no more animals please. If you like your own space then this is the perfect home for you. 😊
