About the house: You’ll be sharing with two easy-going occupants – a professional female and her 19-year-old son. We both work full-time, lead busy lives, and enjoy a peaceful, respectful home environment.

I’m an active endurance athlete who trains twice a day, and my son works shifts, so the house tends to be quiet, especially in the evenings.

We’re looking for someone who:
