This is a nice spacious room that can easily fit a queen size bed, with its own closet storage space. It has an open-plan kitchen & living with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher & plenty of storage. Washing machine & dryer included with plenty of parking spaces on street. It’s a well insulated home with gardens maintained by the owner and a prime location – close to the city and bus stops that directly reach uni/polytech.

You’ll be living with two sisters and one of their partner — the two works full-time in hospitality, and the third who is self-employed. We enjoy a relaxed, social home where everyone gets along, while also respecting each other’s space and busy schedules.

We’re looking for a student or young professional who is friendly, reliable, and very clean and tidy. Keeping the house clean is important to us, and we’d love someone who takes pride in their living space too.
