About the room

Affordable room in Dunedin, in a quiet street far from the student mayhem. Five minutes walk to a great organic grocer and cafe.

This room is a sleepout. There are two other rooms in the house available. They are smaller, so the rent is cheaper: $140.

About the roomies

A mix of students and working people. Currently three males in their 20s. Looking for three flatmates; they prefer females but are open to anyone..

I am the landlord, and I’m helping my tenant find flatmates. I don’t know how much the flatmates pay for power and internet, but can find out from my tenant.
