About the room

A nice and cosy 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a large shared kitchen and comfortable living and dining area.

There are three rooms for rent with the following prices: Room 1 (smallest): $210 Room 2 (medium) : $230 Room 3 (larger): $240

The house is located a one-minute walk from the bus stand where you can take 1 bus all the way to the CBD/University of Auckland

A high level of tidiness is expected.

About the roomies

Currently the head tenant (me) is a 24 year old Graduate Project Manager with an engineering background. He has an interest in photography, bouldering, hiking and generally values quiet time after 10pm but is relaxed about having guests as long as everything is neat and tidy within a reasonable timeframe.

Students and young working professionals would be an ideal fit as the rooms come furnished with a desk and chair each (plus beds)
