The house is a new build, the room is spacious and has a double wardrobe, carpeted and new bathroom next door to the bedroom. New sub-division, quiet neighbourhood, the property is private with off street parking available. The home is close to Shirley Boys High, Avonside Girls High school and Ara Institute of Canterbury.

About the roomies

My husband and I are both retired and live at the property. We have family members living close by who visit and also occasionally look after the family dog as and when required.
