We are looking for a 3rd flatmate on our new townhouse. We are moving in on the 31st the house will be basically fully furnished. 🏠
A little about us 1M, 1F both 23. We are social but like our own space, love the occasional pub night and flat movie. Bonus points if you have no allergies (I love to bake for the house). I work in hospitality in the city, Campbell works at Unitec. We are looking for someone who is around the same age.
The house is an almost new 3 bedroom townhouse just off blockhouse bay rd near waterview. 3min walk to the bus stop with a direct route into the city. Lots of street parking available. Room comes with a built in wardrobe and large windows. Rent: $250 per week (excluding expenses that are split evenly)
