A bit about me - hey I’m Jess, you’ll be living with me the homeowner. I’m 30 y/o, work full time shift based hours, and enjoy walks & training at the gym. Ideal flatmate - would be late 20s to early 30s and working full time - bonus if you also do shift work. Someone clean and tidy who respects the space, and also doesn’t mind having a chat or sharing a meal/cuppa in the evening.

I have a cat called Hesty who already lives here, so unfortunately unable to accept pets. Also no smokers.
