We’re looking for a flatmate to join us in a big, quiet, and private home on Milton Road, Bluff Hill.

• Off street parking
• Walking distance to Napier CBD and Ahuriri
• Spacious downstairs bathroom shared with only one other person (also contains the laundry though)
• Smoking okay (outside) but not preferred, vaping is fine
• Room has doors to a covered outdoor patio

$230 rent per week, plus 1 week rent in advance upon moving in. No bond.

Includes:

• Unlimited wifi
• Power & gas (reasonable use) - a little extra may be needed if bills get too high in winter
• Use of second downstairs fridge
• Use of queen sized bed if needed

Not suitable for other pets, or full time children (visits are fine!)

There’s 3 of us currently. You’ll be sharing the downstairs space and bathroom with one other flatmate (23, F) while the 2 head tenants (28, F & 34, M) and our shy cat live upstairs with our own bathroom. We’re all friendly and sociable (except my cat) but love our personal space and alone time too. Ideal flatmate would be around the same age as the current flatmate and tenants (20s-30s), and working full time. Nerdy and/or creative interests would be a bonus!
