Looking for a flatmate to join our quiet, private home on Milton Road. Perfect location - walking distance to both Napier CBD and Ahuriri.

• The Room: Fits a queen bed, has a built-in wardrobe, and opens to a covered outdoor patio that no one uses most of the time.
• Shared Spaces: Large downstairs bathroom shared with 1 other person, also houses the washing machine. Kitchen and lounge upstairs. Plenty of storage space.
• Parking: Dedicated off-street parking in a covered carport.
• Perks: Can provide a queen bed with mattress protector and oil heater if needed. Access to a second downstairs fridge.
• Smokes/Vapes: No smoking of any kind, vaping is fine.
• $220 per week rent covers: Unlimited Wi-Fi, reasonable use of power and gas, and use of a few basic household supplies.
• 1 week rent in advance to move in. No bond required.

Not suitable for full-time kids or extra pets (my cat prefers to be the only pet).

There’s 3 of us currently. You’ll be sharing the downstairs space and bathroom with one other flatmate (23, F) while the 2 head tenants (28, F & 34, M) and our shy cat live upstairs with our own bathroom. We’re all friendly and sociable (except my cat) but love our personal space and alone time too. Ideal flatmate would be around the same age as the current flatmate and tenants (20s-30s), and working full time. Our landlord and neighbours are great too!
