Flatmate wanted for 2 bedroom, easy care property in MOSGIEL. $250 per week, plus split power/internet monthly.

Looking for another young professional to join me in a warm, double glazed, 2-bedroom / 1-bathroom property in Mosgiel. The house was built in 2019, and sits up a driveway so it’s away from the noise of the street. It has no section, so we don’t have to maintain any garden at all. VERY CLOSE to the Mosgiel bus route.

Your bedroom is unfurnished and has a built in wardrobe with shelving as per the photo. The rest of the house is furnished and you’re welcome to make use of all the things in the communal areas. Just bring your bed and you’re pretty much good to go.

Rent is $250 per week and we will split Internet/power when the bill comes in monthly. Move in costs are 2 weeks rent in advance. No bond, but in saying that I will only be accepting someone who can give decent assurance they have a decent job, and don’t live like a pig. Ideally looking for someone clean, aged 25-40, and working full-time. You will need to be approved by Bayleys Property Management. No couples sorry.
