b) 1 bedroom only, Flat sharing for all other things 1 person: $250 / week. Bond: 2 weeks’ rent.

About the roomies
We are the asian couple owners living in the main flat, both working from home alternatively. This is a quiet, respectful place, not a party house. Everyone pays on time and keeps common areas tidy.
