Rent Options including expenses (based on reasonable usage: Water, Electricity, Gas, Wi-Fi):

a) Almost self-contained 2-bedroom (with private kitchen & bathroom)] 1 person: $350/week 2 people or a couple: $500/week (Shared space: shared kitchen & living room)

or; b) 1 bedroom only, Flat sharing for all other things 1 person: $250 / week.

Bond: 3 weeks’ rent

Furnishings including Basic furniture (beds, fridge, washing machine, and microwave).

No smoking / No vaping. No pets.

We are the asian couple owners living in the main flat, both working from home alternatively. This is a quiet, respectful place, not a party house. Everyone pays on time and keeps common areas tidy.
