Spacious large double room, recently decorated in neat, sunny weatherboard home in Khandallah. Access to own bathroom, and potential to use a second room as well. Very close to bus stop with good access to cbd and walking distance from local supermarket, library, shops, cafes and restaurants. Plenty of parking, private feel, within lovely community. Price is for couples, but I’m also open to one flat mate ($250 per week).

I am the owner of the house and have a friendly and loyal dog (once you’re part of the household, you are part of his household). The dog goes to doggy day care 4 days per week, and is with me 10 days per fortnight. My room is downstairs with en suite but there is a shared kitchen and lounge. I work full time and enjoy walking, gardening, dancing and socialising.
