Flatmate wanted

Room for rent -Avaliable 16 August. Due to one of my flatmates having to move overseas for family reasons, I have a room available.

Located in Rangatira Park, 5 mins to town and walking distance. Am happy to fully furnish the room or leave unfurnished. The house is located in a quiet, sought-after neighbourhood next to a reserve. The house is 8 years old, open plan kitchen and dining, fully double-glazed with air-conditioning. Main living areas are fully furnished. You will be living with one female and one male (both mid 20’s), and share the main bathroom between yourself and the other flatmate. Am looking for a professional single person around their mid 20’s (no couples sorry) who is clean and tidy, and respects the house as if it was their own. Someone who enjoys a social catch-up, but also respects each other’s own space. This is not a party house, however, there will be occasions where friends will be over (of course, you’re welcome to join).

Requirements:

• Must be working full-time • No smoking, vaping, or drugs on the property – no exceptions • No pets, sorry • Rent must be paid on time

Costs:

• $250 per week unfurnished or $260 per week furnished (bed, bedside cabinets & drawers), plus a share of expenses • Bond: 2 weeks rent

Female mid 20’s and one male flatmate also mid 20’s. Both working full time. You will share the main bathroom between yourselves.
