1950 bungalow 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom and showers. Back yard is a summer treat there is expansive decking with a pool and also a spa. Off street parking. Must be ok with animals two dogs and a cat live here too! Central location everything within walking distance not suitable for children with pool and spa unfortunately. Streaming services included also. Nice home theater also.

Two of us live at the property as we own it we are a well established settled gay couple have been together 20+ years. We love animals we keep pretty quiet majority of the time we do enjoy music and drinks by the pool and on the odd occasion will have a few drinks friends and music. We are respectful of people’s space and privacy. We do go away often on the weekend’s also like to stay home in the colder months. Ideally would prefer someone working as that gives everyone space and time this is not essential just something we would prefer and you must be ok with animals thats not negotiable. Furnished or unfurnished up to you completely. We are well set up and have everything needed. We also have a fully automated barista coffee machine all you need are the beans. Food is also up to you if you want to join or do separate meals thats open for discussion. If you are respectful we will all get along fine. No flat earth or conspiracy theorists you can absolutely think what you want to just not an open topic of discussion with us however we do appreciate intelligent conversation and a good laugh now and then. Anything else ya wanna know fire away only happy to answer any questions. Prefer longterm tenancy no temporary tennants please
