About the room
This is the largest room out of the three in the flat. We are currently using it as an office because of the large space, but we are more than happy to move things when you move in. The flat has two bathrooms and a relatively perfect-sized kitchen for a flat of three. There is also parking available on the property. The rent and security deposit are listed. We have free wifi and gas, as well as a dryer and washing machine for the flat. The other bills to pay are our electricity, but that is split between us and can be very cheap. We are looking for someone who would stay until the end of the semester.
About the roomies
We are both first-year university students at Otago. We are just two 18-year-old girls living and studying together in a flat. We are clean individuals and love to keep to ourselves. We both love sports, are friendly, and love to have a good laugh here and there. We are a non-alcoholic and smoke-free flat.
