The room comes furnished with a queen bed, drawers, and a large double built-in wardrobe, although the furniture can be removed if you’d prefer to bring your own. It gets beautiful morning sun, making it a lovely bright space to wake up in.

The house itself is a modern three-bedroom home, built 5yrs ago, with double glazing throughout so it’s incredibly warm in winter and lovely and sunny year-round. Tucked away at the back of a long driveway with two houses in front, it’s peaceful, private, and away from the road.

The home has an open-plan living area, gas hot water and cooking, a fully equipped kitchen, and a great outdoor entertaining area with space for BBQs, relaxing in the sun, and a veggie garden. There’s also a garden shed for extra storage, plus the third bedroom is currently unused, so there’s additional storage space available if needed.

You’ll be sharing the house with just me and my friendly tabby cat, so it’s a quiet home rather than a busy flat.

Rent is $300 per week, with bills on top (power and unlimited fibre internet, wi-fi is $60 per month).

I’m open to both short-term and long-term tenants, with a minimum stay of three months.

Hi, I’m Philippa! I share the house with my friendly tabby cat Kuri, and love having a home that is relaxed, and easy to live in.

I’m pretty easy-going, enjoy a tidy home without being over the top, and believe everyone should feel comfortable in their own space. I’m always happy to have a chat over a coffee (coffee machine included!) or glass of wine or 3, but I also appreciate downtime and respect each other’s privacy.

I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, considerate, reliable with rent and bills, and happy to pitch in to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. Whether we end up becoming good friends or simply great housemates, I’m happy either way!
