Near cycleways, walkways and Salt Marsh. 10 mins to Bethlehem, 15th Ave Expressway, & 14 mins to Mount Maunganui. Fully furnished home, and room (unfurnished if you prefer). Sunny deck area. Power and water expenses shared.

To share with a professional woman (50s) involved in education, theatre and music, and one cat. Not suitable for couples or children. Looking for someone employed, reliable, open to short term (8 weeks minimum).
