Large bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Nice outdoors area, bbq, fully furnished house, just bring your bedroom furniture. A separate office available for shared use.

A minute drive to SH1 Motorway. Bus stop is 1 Minute walk away and the bus can take you straight to the train station. In the area are parks, sports clubs, shops, restaurants, library, swimming pool, gym, medical centres.

Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, all ammenities and utensils available in the kitchen, street parking, gated property.

Rent is $320 plus $30 expenses each week for water, power, internet.
