Super central, 5 minute walk to town so vehicle is not necessary, 2 minute walk to dairy, 10 minutes up to Bluff Hill look out. This room has heaps of natural light, a wardrobe, and can come furnished (double bed) if need be! The house is 2 story’s so the whole top floor has its own kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living/dining room, deck that looks out on to a field. The room available is on the top floor. The bottom floor has its own bathroom, living/kitchen, bathroom, and 2 rooms. There is one off street car park if needed, and road side parking (however not during school hours 8/8:30am and 3/3:30pm, but before and after these hours and weekends is all good). Very safe neighbourhood.

There are currently three people here (young couple in mid 20s) both working full time, and a single mid twenty’s female working full time. We all love the outdoors, going to the gym, cooking, and spending time with our family. We are easy going, clean, and friendly, looking for a like minded person to join us. This is not a drinking/party flat as we work pretty high pressure jobs.
