Great neighbours. Central to Dinsdale shopping centre, close to the main highways, country side, indoor swimming pools n gyms, Frankton & downtown shops, Wintec, the temple and Lake Rotoroa. Bus stops close and regular too. $300 deposit. 3 weeks notice of departure.

I’m the only tenant here of several years, a young retiree 67, of various teaching skills : 🎻 violin, ESOL, Montessori, Gospel Doctrine and a Natural Health Coach. Loving Waterworld gym offerings and spas, biking, temple service and playing with my grand children. Quiet, savvy and interested in people but not nosey. Respect your privacy. Health and heart conscious!!!
