Room is in a friendly home, not a party house but not mad at a few social drinks, smoking or vaping outside. There are a number of shops close by, a takeaway, bus routes and other amenities. The room comes furnished. There’s a large built-in wardrobe also so I’m currently seeking interest from potential renters. Under certain circumstances there may be some flexibility regarding the rental price, I don’t seek to make money but simply cover some of the costs of making your stay comfortable. The room comes furnished with a warm double bed, a chair, table and chest of drawers with plenty of storage in the built-in wardrobe. The room has its own bed linens, pillows, blankets and towels.

An open-minded friendly person who loves movies, music and a good chin wag. I can be very busy at times and others almost standing still.

I am a chatty house mate that enjoys the occasional drink, I enjoy cooking and baking but also enjoy my own space and personal interests.
