Room is in a friendly home, not a party house but not mad at a few social drinks, smoking or vaping outside. There are a number of shops close by a takeaway, bus routes and other amenities. Rent for this space is $250 per week, I would require the first week and last week upfront making total move in costs $500. The room comes furnished. There’s a large built-in wardrobe. My most recent housemate came to the end of his WHV and has returned overseas so I’m currently seeking interest from potential renters. My home would be best suited to those who are working professionals or students. I mean no offense to those who are not currently working or on assistance of some kind, sadly however I have run into issues with some on Job seeker allowances etc. I am happy to have conversations with people where under certain circumstances may be some flexibility regarding the rental price, I don’t seek to make money but simply cover some of the costs of making your stay comfortable. The room comes furnished with a warm double bed, a chair, table and chest of drawers with plenty of storage in the built-in wardrobe. The room has its own bed linens, pillows, blankets and towels. My home is a quiet space with plenty of natural light and off-street parking. I welcome any questions or interest.

I am an openly gay, open-minded friendly person who loves movies, music and a good chin wag. I can be very busy at times and others almost standing still. I am a chatty house mate that enjoys the occasional drink, I enjoy cooking and baking but also enjoy my own space and personal interests.
