I have two rooms available - Single room $200, Double room $250 pw, including bills, power, monthly cleaner, toilet paper, cleaning products. Etc

Buy your own food of course. Bond is $100 - plus 2 weeks in advance.

I’m only renting one of the rooms out, but you are able to choose from either of the rooms, the large one I will move some of the things out but will leave a few things in there like the shelving unit, mirror, chair, and I can move the bed in there if you don’t have one if you need it.

Super central, 12 min walk to napier town.

I study full time, fine art, I have a studio in Ahuriri that I go most days, if I’m not there I’m home doing things around the house. Or going on little weekend adventures.

My daughter is with me weekdays and with her Dad on weekends. We have a pretty chill weekday routine.
