Super central, 5 min walk to napier town.

The house is freezing right now so someone that can handle old cold houses lol. We have a heat pump keeping the lounge warm but the rest of the house is too hard to warm up and keep warm so I’ve given up.

Must be working, must be clean. Prefer female, however chill males also fine.

I study full time, fine art, I have a studio in Ahuriri that I go most days, if I’m not there I’m home doing things around the house. Or going on little weekend adventures.

My daughter is with me weekdays and with her Dad on weekends. We have a pretty chill weekday routine.

Not a party house, I do enjoy a night out here and there but nothing regular.
