📍Just a stones throw away from the botanic gardens (great for gardens magic in the summer) with a bus stop down the road for the no. 2 route. The flat offers great privacy being off the main road, and is walking distance to the city - about 25 minutes to Lambton Quay.

🚪Two rooms are included for this price. One bedroom, plus an internal storage/study. The room catches the morning and early afternoon sun. There is a decent sized wardrobe in the room. Queen bed is pictured in the photo for reference.

🏡The rest of the house is fully furnished, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. There will be a dryer in the coming weeks. You will only be sharing the bathroom with one flatmate.

💸Weekly expenses come to $35 - $50 per week, depending on the season. This covers communal flat essentials, plus power, gas and internet.

🚗 There is an off street car park available as well.

26F working as a sparky, and 23M who is a diver and works part time at a cafe. We are very relaxed but value having a tidy home, so would appreciate someone who is tidy and does their share of the chores. We enjoy being social from time to time - you’ll often catch us in the living room, watching something over a beer, but we also respect each other’s space, as we can both get busy.
