It’s a new build and completely unfurnished. The room has a ensuite which is also accessible from the hallway.

Street parking only. Located in Woolston near the river. Close to town and the beach.

About the roomies

It will just be me in the flat (plus you). I am a working professional who is tidy. I enjoy both socialising and my own quiet time. I like sports and going on walks.

Please note that I have a cat, that will stay in my room for a few months to get used to the move.
