Expenses (power and internet) are shared evenly among flatmates, and $10 per month for shared household items (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry required etc.)
Ohiro Bay & Red Rocks 15 min walk, bus stop for number 29 and 39 are 1 min away, plenty of street parking.
