📍 Location: Bishopdale/Papanui — close to Northlands Mall, supermarkets, and the airport. A 15-minute bike ride to the city centre and UC, and a 10-minute drive to the airport (with bus routes nearby for both).

🏡 The Room: Double bedroom with a small wardrobe, available furnished or unfurnished. The house is on a quiet street with off-street parking. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one person.

There is also a single room that could be bundled together as a private study/office/gaming room/extra storage for an additional cost if this is something you’d be after.

You’ll be living with me (owner, a 31-year-old full time worker) and my very sweet four-legged sidekick 🐶 I’m busy most evenings, so you’ll have the house to yourself quite a bit. I enjoy social dancing, hiking, running, yoga, reading, crafts and gymming. Also a big fan of binge watching top notch reality TV or TV adaptions of books.

Not a party house, but I do enjoy having friends over for board games or dinners occasionally (which you’d be welcome to join!)
