I have a lovely light-filled double room with two windows on the second story within 30 minutes’ walk to central city Christchurch and the Avon River walk/bike track. It has an ensuite bathroom, a built-in wardrobe, king-single bed with extra trundler bed, a bedside table and tallboy. Option to have a desk or other furniture. On-street parking only.
