Looking for flatmate - Greenlane

Modern 5-bedroom house built in 2014, double glazed with 3 bathrooms.

Seeking flatmate for 1 bedroom upstairs unfurnished ($290 pw) OR furnished ($320 pw). If furnished, mattress and bed frame and bedside table will be provided and likely brand new. BYO pillow and sheets.

Whiteware such as washing machine, fridge, air fryer, kettle, TV are new. 2 living spaces so plenty of room for everyone. You will have to share a large bathroom (dual vanities) with a couple.

On street parking.

Utilities are shared and calculated per month - prorated of course.

Looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful.

References are ideal.
