About the room
We have a ground floor master bedroom available for someone who is reliable, easy-going, and takes pride in keeping a shared home clean and tidy. This room contains a large double wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and access to your private garden and deck.
The middle floor contains the kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area, balcony, another master bedroom (which will be kept unoccupied) with ensuite and a separate guest bathroom.
The top floor contains 3 rooms and a bathroom and is occupied by us.
The double garage functions as a gym which you are welcome to use.
Rent $350 per week + $35 per week utilities includes power, gas, water, internet.
Move-in Requirements: 4 weeks bond + 2 weeks in advance. Proof of income, credit check & clean criminal record check.
About the roomies
Couple aged 30’s, relaxed and easygoing. One works in a corporate job and the other as a chef.
