About the room

A typical tenant would be a working or mature student aged mid-twenties or older. Who is friendly, independent and happy within themselves. A medium-sized furnished bedroom is available in a warm, modern home, set back from the road in Glenview, within a quiet, modern neighbourhood. We currently have one furnished room available for $250 per week. This room is for one person only (no couples). We offer medium- to long-term accommodation and are looking for a mature, full-time working professional (male or female). The house is just a 10-minute walk to New World supermarket, as well as pizza, fish and chips, and Thai takeaway shops, ATMs, cafés, and the local library. The shared areas include a spacious lounge with a TV, an open-plan dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and TV. There is also plenty of storage and pantry space. The home is warm, modern, and comfortable. The bedroom has its own heating. A laundry area with a washing machine is located in the garage and is available for tenants to use. The bedroom is fully furnished with: A high-quality bed Drawers Wardrobe/clothes hanging space Desk and office chair Tenants are welcome to provide their own bedding. However, high-quality bedding and towels can also be supplied. Ultra-fast fibre Wi-Fi, electricity, and gas are all included in the rent. The tenant will have full access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. The bathroom is located directly across the hall from the Roomie’s bedroom.
