Comfortable warm room on the mid-floor of a 3 story house located in a seaside paradise with sunny outlook to the beach and South Island. Surrounded by a large section at the end of a street with loop driveway to down-under garage and large parking area. Short path to the beach. 3 bedroom mid-floor, to be shared with existing quiet middle aged male professional. Roomies share the mid-floor kitchen / dining room but there are separate lounges, decks, BBQ area and private yards. The downstairs laundry is shared with a sole senior female tenant in a separate self contained flat. The house has an alarm system, Sky, broadband and phones.

Location: Walk 5-10 minutes to services; bus, shops, clubs. Wgtn by car 20 minutes. Whitireia Tech Institute walk or bus 4km.

Roomies are those on the mid-floor and an upstairs senior male professional on the top floor (me) who has a home office and living area. We are generally quiet, tidy, easy going and enjoy our own space, but always up for a chat, helping each other out, some fun welcoming visitors and keeping a calm and comfortable home.

We’re looking for a similar compatible professional or student. Shared expenses are $30 per week (power, firewood, rubbish and household basics) No smokers or vapers Pets negotiable but upstairs we already have a loving cat and a dog which goes to work each day.
