🏡 The House is a warm, modern, and fully equipped home with an open-plan kitchen, living area, and great heating for winter. It is a clean, quiet, and relaxed space to unwind after work. It is definitely not a party house.

5 mins walk to the bus stop. A short drive to the Frankton shopping centres, airport, and local ski fields.

You will be sharing the house with myself, one other flatmate, and a friendly dog. We are working professionals who lead busy, active lives.

Rent: $475 per week Expenses: Bills are not included (utilities like power and internet are split evenly) Move-in Costs: 2 weeks’ rent in advance + 2 weeks’ bond.
