I will be moving out soon so my room is up for grabs!! Ideal especially for students or people who work in the city centre :)) The room will be available around 21-24th August timeframe; negotiable!

THE ROOM

• located at the top (3rd) floor of the house with your own door to the washroom (attached, but shared between you & the female flatmate)
• Spacious & lots of sun
• the only room in the house with AC, super handy during summer!
• closet with a lot of space

The room will be unfurnished, but if you would like the bed I can sell it to you for cheap!!

THE HOUSE

• Three story townhouse with an open deck
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Washing machine & drying racks
• Central location! 3 minutes walk to nearest bus stop, ~10 minutes walk to Parnell shops, flat walk to city center/queen street area, easy drive anywhere! (All 3 of us walk/ bus around to get to work/ uni! )
• No smoking
• No pets unfortunately!

🏡Rent is $255 paid every Wednesday, bills split as they come, bond is $510

You will be joining 2 laidback flatmates (25F yopro, 30M accountant), they are very easy-going and love a good flat yap but are also mostly just busy with their own schedules. Bonus: you’ll get some baked treats from time to time; we got an occasional baker in the house!
