Sunny furnished room available in beautiful location near to Bottle lake Forrest and north beach, very quiet surrounds. Queen bed, wardrobe, desk and fast wifi included. You’ll share the kitchen, living area and bathroom. Off street parking available. House is quiet, tidy and on bus route the city centre.
Looking for a respectful, clean person for long term or short term stay. Rent includes power, internet and basic toiletries. Message me a bit or call me and we can chat. We also like to share the odd meal together and love to cook and learning different ethnicities !! We will respect your need to privacy. Even though we have said 17/August move in date , we are open to making it earlier if that is needed
