The location is 15 minutes walk to Sylvia Park which means groceries, hundreds of shops, banks, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, entertainments and everything you need. Many factories, industrials of world-wide famous companies nearby. Within 5 minutes walking to reach two bus lines and connecting to the train to bring you to the NZ Largest Shopping Mall Sylvia Park or CBD. Easy to access into highway and a 10 minutes driving to the adorable Cornwall Park, another 10 minutes driving to CBD, also 15 minutes driving to the beach nearly.

Secure lockable room doors and fully fenced property for peace of mind. Internal laundry and dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, airfryer and all you need for kitchen and dedicated storage room. Air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort also available in common area.

Fully furnished rooms with built-in wardrobes, a real double bad and mattress, a nice desk and chair and your individual private ensuite bathroom — with toilet, sink and cupboard, full shower for your own sanctuary.

Providing a free access to a private gym within 2 minutes walking. Also a signed parking spot provided and also easy on-street parking available, no limited parking time for residents.

What is the weekly rate

Affordable at $350/week for single and $400 for couple with all amenities and all utility bills including cold and hot water, electricity, high-speed fibre no limited wifi, rubbish collection and property management and main kitchen and cleaning stuffs provided.

Available to move in from 5 Sep 2026. You are welcomed to start a 5 weeks trial and make further decision after it.

This is a no pet, no smoker, no party, no vape house flat. The whole flathome for up to 5 flatmates in a harmonious, respectful household.
