Rent is $310/week, bond is $650, and expenses are split monthly. The room is very spacious, comfortably fitting a queen bed, and gets great afternoon sun.

The flat includes 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, and shared living space/kitchen with a washing machine & dryer closet, and balcony.
