With Summer just around the corner, this is the place you’ll want to be with the beach an easy 2 minute walk with the surfboard and Bayfair Mall, Bus stops and Baywave gym and aquatic Centre all within less than 10 mins walking distance! This is the perfect place to be for someone look for a sunny, warm, low maintenance, modern and a safe space to be in.
Your bedroom comes fully furnished with a comfy Queen bed, Drawers, bedside table and double wardrobe. But if you have your own furniture you can use that instead (or a combo).
The rest of the townhouse is fully furnished and spread over three floors which gives plenty of separation and privacy from others in the house.
You’ll have full use of communal areas, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer (we mainly use the dryer - included in rent) There is also a gym set-up that you’re welcome to use in the carpeted garage.
We’re a pretty laid-back household that values a tidy, conscientious flatmate. We mostly keep to ourselves, but we’re friendly and always up for a chat if we cross paths.
