Bathroom: Practical layout with a separate bathroom, shower, and toilet (no morning queues!).

Parking: Off-street parking available (depending on car size and schedule), plus plenty of safe, quiet street parking.

Outdoors: Quiet backyard, ideally located close to local shops and public transport.

Tenancy Details: Ideally looking for someone to join the tenancy agreement (added security for all of us!). • Move-in costs: $350 total ($175 bond + $175 first week’s rent).

Pets: Cats welcome! (Requires an additional pet bond of 2 weeks’ rent).

I work part-time while studying full-time via distance through Massey University, and Samie works full-time. We both value our own space and quiet time, but we’re always up for a good yarn or an occasional drink together.

Utilities (power, internet, etc.) are split evenly and usually come to around $100–$130 each per month, along with shared household essentials like cleaning supplies.
