Humble home at a very central location is a perfect little hideaway that’s peaceful yet close to the Auckland city Hospital, Newmarket, Parnell, Domain and CBD or transport connections further afield with motorway links minutes away and bus and train stations nearby.
Please note the property is at the bottom of steep driveway as Parnell is a hilly neighbourhood. We can negotiate some parking space Your room is up one flight of stairs. There are no handrails on the stairs, but there are slip pads on the steps.
About the roomies
You will share the house with one of my boys, a young working man. He is working the regular working hours, going to gym and studying. Likes cooking and having a long bath at the evening.😊
