About the room

looking for someone to take over room ASAP! The lease runs until February, so you’re welcome to stay just for the summer or continue on longer if it suits you.

Room Details • 12 Myrtle Crescent, Mt Cook, Wellington • Rent: NZ$220 per week • Room can be furnished (bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, and mirrors if wanted) • Flat with 3 other friendly flatmates • Quiet, peaceful location The room itself is very cozy and stays really warm and dry, which is especially nice in Wellington. It’s been such a comfortable space to live in.

Location-wise, it’s only about a 15-minute walk to Cuba Street, and there are bus stops just 2 minutes away which go directly to the university, which makes it super easy to get around! I’ve really loved living here and would love to find someone who will enjoy the space too :)

You’ll mainly be living with one other girl while the other tenants are away for the summer. Everyone is really friendly, kind, and welcoming, so I’m sure you’ll feel right at home!

About the roomies

There are three other flatmates! They’re all super friendly, social, and easy to get along with. Everyone’s a student and working, so they’re usually out during the day, but enjoy hanging out in the evenings sometimes :)
